Scope & Deliverable :
Project Manager - Billing System Evaluation

1. To evaluate major telecom company's requirements in implementing a Billing System to cater for NGN Billing and One Customer, One Bill.
2. To evaluate Arbor Billing System (used by TIME) and other Billing System and propose to Company whether Company should upgrade Arbor 9.1 to Kenan FX, or to implement other Billing System.
3. To evaluate the integration with other downstream system such as Customer Management System, Fraud Management System, Interconnect System as well as input received from Mediation System.

Deliverable : Proposal to the Company Management
1. Experience in Arbor Billing System.
2. Experience in other Billing System.
3. Anlytical skills
4. Excellent writing and presentation skills.
5. 7-10 years working experience, with minimum of 3 years in Managerial experience.
6. Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
