Delta Metallizers are looking for a plant engineer to head a unit manufacturing automobile components with CNC machines . The person should be capable of heading a team of 20 people and should be result oriented with emphasis on quality manufacturing.

The incumbent should be a mechanical engineer with at least 10 yrs experience in manufacturing in an engineering industry and preferably in automobile components manufacture industry. Should have exposure to CNC manufacturing and programming. Must be conversant with quality standards such as ISO 9000 , QS 14000

Business Development Executive

Reporting to:

Branch Heads & Managing Directors

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore

Educational Qualification: MBA or any PG/UG, Young, smart, hardworking, dynamic marketing executive with good communication skills.

Prior Work Experience: 2 to 3 yrs

Job responsibilities:

1. To generate leads and convert them into sales by the means of personally meeting with the potential clients

2. Identify new sales prospects

3. Assist in marketing/sales plans to increase revenue, profit and market share.

4. Hardcore marketing aptitude required

5. Good convincing skills

6. Ready to take challenge

1. Checklist preparation and Venue co-ordination

2. Ensuring legal, obligations are adhered to

4. Co-ordinating temporary staffing requirements and staff briefings

5. Creating, implementing and monitoring marketing and PR plans.

6. Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stake holders
