POSITION TITLE: Quality Leader/Engineer
BROAD FUNCTION: (A short statement describing the basic objective and major

Provide Leadership:
In ensuring correct and complete shipments of all products
Ensure a customer complaint from the installed base is attended to and
corrective action is taken.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS (a concise definition of each major
responsibility describing the work and key relationships required to carry out
the responsibility)
1. Provides leadership in final Z of all products (Product Quality)
2. Implement all Shipped Complete On Time (SCOT) and Arrived complete on time.
3. Responsible for closing all CQAs, DOAs and CSOs.
4. Ensure all customer complaints from the Installed Base are attended to and
corrective action is taken.
5. Ensure all Field Replaceable Units (FRUs): Develop processes to ensure that
all FRUs get tested, packed meeting all quality standards.
6. Ensure field reporting processes are synchronized with Global processes
7. Ensure necessary preventive and corrective actions are taken in
Manufacturing, Sourcing and Engineering based on Customer complaints.
